Hel-Sync- User Guide

1. Preparation & Connection

1. Ensure your PC and mobile device are on the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Launch Hel-Sync Pro on your PC. The Dashboard window will open.
3. Click the 🔗 GENERATE ACCESS QR button.
4. Scan the QR code with your mobile camera or QR reader to open the mobile control page.

2. Sending Files from PC to Mobile

1. Click 1. ADD FILES and select files to send.
2. The selected files appear in the READY TO SEND list.
3. Click 2. START SENDING to begin sharing files.
4. Monitor the transfer progress in the System Status section and progress bar.
5. Once completed, the status will show Files Shared Successfully!
6. Files can now be downloaded on your mobile device instantly.

3. Receiving Files from Mobile

1. Select files to upload on the mobile page and press Upload.
2. Files will appear in the RECEIVED list on the PC Dashboard.
3. You will get a notification for each received file.
4. Open the downloads folder using OPEN DOWNLOADS button to access the files.

4. Clipboard Text Synchronization

Send Text from PC to Mobile:

1. Enter your text in the OUTGOING TEXT box.
2. Click SEND TEXT NOW to push text to mobile.

Receive Text from Mobile to PC:

1. Incoming text appears in the INCOMING TEXT box.
2. Click COPY TO CLIPBOARD to copy it.
3. Click PASTE FROM PC to paste clipboard text into the outgoing box.

5. Remote PC Control via Mobile

• Touchpad: Move the mouse cursor by touching and dragging.
• Left Click / Right Click: Perform mouse clicks.
• Volume & Media Controls:
  • 🔊 Vol Up / 🔉 Vol Down – adjust volume.
  • 🔇 Mute – mute/unmute sound.
  • ⏯️ Play / Pause – media control.
  • 🔒 Lock PC – lock your computer instantly.
  • 🔔 Buzz PC – play an alert sound on PC.

6. Find My Mobile

1. Click 🔔 FIND MY MOBILE in the PC Dashboard.
2. The mobile device will vibrate, play sound, and flash its screen.
3. The alert automatically stops after 8 seconds.

7. Stop Sharing

1. Click 🛑 STOP SHARING to terminate file sharing.
2. The READY TO SEND list will clear, and no new files will be sent.

8. Notes & Tips

• Always grant permission when a mobile upload request appears.
• Use a new QR code for each session for security.
• All received files are saved in: ~/Downloads/HelSync
• Use the OPEN DOWNLOADS button to open the folder quickly.
